Additional AP Information for SCS Students

For students entering CMU in 2019 and later, 0xx courses earned via AP credit (e.g. 79-011, 84-012, etc.) cannot count toward Humanities and Fine Arts constrained categories (Categories 1, 2, 3) for SCS students, but they can count for unconstrained humanities/arts electives. 


For students entering CMU in 2018 or earlier only:

The following AP credits also count toward constrained Humanities & Fine Arts categories for Bachelors Degrees in the School of Computer Science:
