My primary research area is Computational Biology, Bioinformatics and Machine learning. My main focus is on analyzing high throughput biological datasets (especially gene expression and time series gene expression data, and protein-DNA binding data). Our work addresses issues ranging from the experimental design level to the systems biology level. In the past I have also worked on problems related to Distributed Computing and Computer Graphics.
